1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gonka Community Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Gonka Community Platform provides access to community mining pools for the Gonka AI cryptocurrency network, a peer-to-peer exchange for GNK tokens, and educational resources about Gonka AI mining and tokenomics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Mining Pools

Participation in mining pools involves financial risk. By joining a pool, you acknowledge that:

  • Mining returns are not guaranteed and depend on network conditions
  • Pool contributions are subject to the pool's specific terms and timeline
  • Early withdrawal may not be possible once funds are committed
  • Platform fees apply as disclosed at the time of participation

6. P2P Exchange

The P2P exchange facilitates trades between users. The Platform:

  • Provides escrow services to protect both parties during trades
  • Does not guarantee the completion of any trade
  • May mediate disputes but final resolution may require external arbitration
  • Reserves the right to freeze funds pending dispute resolution

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate prices or engage in market manipulation
  • Use automated systems or bots without authorization
  • Circumvent any security measures
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gonka or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GONKA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gonka and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
